Stylish hotel with really good staff, it has particularly good location in a quiet area about a 20 minute walk away from Jungfernstieg. As for me the food is appetising, and they have a wide array of meals. If your plans include long stay, I recommend this place.

All areas of the hotel are designed with attention to detail that gives it a unique and artistic feel. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was well-managed with nicely portioned selection. The rooms were exceptionally well-lit and the panoramic city view from the sauna was a wonderful surprise. The indoor/outdoor pool in the Spa area was a destination in itself.

The hotel had beautiful architecture and the staff were very professional. , the location was excellent - very central and with a lovely view.

The service I received was not up to par. I had requested specific accommodations due to my handicap needs, but the valet parking service was slower at night and the breakfast staff was unhelpful when I asked for assistance.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled our every need. The live entertainment and massage experiences were exceptional. The rooftop pool and sun terrace gave us a wonderful view of the area. The treatment room was also impressive.

Our only minor issue was with the coffee/tea in lobby service which has room to improve.
